You may be thinking, what does this have to do with Internet Marketing?
Well, if your like me, you probably sit in front of a computer typing for hours and hours and hours. During this time you might get up, once in a while, but most of the people I’ve ask about this said, they know they don’t stand up and stretch enough, while working at their computers, some even told me, they have sit for over 8 hours at a stretch
But, I’m trying to change my evil way’s when it comes to my “Computer Posture”, since listing to a short talk given at a business mixer, by Dr. Michael S. Donia, a local Chiropractor the other day. He passed out a hand out, showing the proper way to sit while using your computer, so as not to get those aches and pains caused by poor computer posture.
After doing a few adjustments to my chair, position of my keyboard and mouse, I could already feel the difference. Now here’s the part that helps your Internet Marketing, “doing this made me feel more energetic” which means a lot, when your writing content, coming up with ideas for marketing products, etc. Who knows just how much this could add to your bottom line!
Until next time,

Mike,
to people of all kinds who sit at the computer. Not to plug or anything, but I have a digital version of my workshop called “Clear the Blear”.
I could not agree with you more about the connection between postural alignment and productivity for internet marketers (or any office worker). I teach this stuff (I’ve been a holistic movement therapist/instructor for more years than I can count
http://www.cleartheblear.com
It will probably take you much further than the desk set up stuff the chiro talked about. I go into breathing techniques for releasing tension, how to wake up your brain and understanding the mechanics of easy balanced sitting.
If you want to try it use this code for a half-off discount: PHYClear. This is my first attempt at a digital product. The audio quality is not the best, so until I redo it, the price is low ($10 with the coupon). Give it a try!
Anyway thanks for recognizing the connection. You’ve got a great blog here. I’ll be back.
Thanks,
Anne
Thank you Anne,
Your right I don’t know anyone of my friends and people that I talk with, that don’t have some sort of aches and pains from using their computer all day.
So, I don’t mind you giving a link to your product here, for my visitors benefit from your knowledge.
